13 TYPES OF ACCOMMODATION
You can stay with us in 13 different types of accommodation. First of all, choose according to the number of people – from the smallest Apartment 2+family (2+2) to the largest Chalet Premium + sauna (10+2). Secondly, the amenities are important – sauna or jacuzzi in the name are obvious to everyone, if you want both, choose wellness. In each apartment you will find at least a ski box, but many also have a larger unheated or heated storage room (great for a baby stroller or bikes or skis). The view is also important – the best is from the apartments with the Panorama attribute.
TRI VODY means accommodation with services and in resort. ŠTVRTÁ VODA differs from TRI VODY in that it is off-resort accommodation more secluded, more quiet and without the option of meals. Unlike water parks or big hotels, where there are large wellness facilities with a lot of people, we go the other way. For guests staying in apartments that do not have a sauna, there is an outdoor Finnish sauna, which we operate on a private basis: you can book it just for yourself for a fee. In addition, in Apartments 2+Panorama, and Apartments 4+Panorama, which are close to the sauna, its use is free of charge for one hour per day.

Anything can be written on the web, and this is also used by some landlords in an attempt to sell accommodation at an exorbitant price (you can recognize them by their beautiful slogans like “No problem!”). They end up sending you all over the place with any request. Our approach is the opposite – what our website promises you, we can actually deliver for you. In order to be able to offer our guests the highest quality breakfast down to the apartment, our capacity is limited, so we only offer this (and many other services) to our guests. So if you are not staying with us, ask your host what they mean by first class service if even something as basic as breakfast is an issue. And next time, we’ll be happy to welcome you as our guest with breakfast as well!

YES, WE ARE FAMILY RESORT
We created Tri Vody for families as a priority, so we tried to think things through. First of all, we have a varied range of family apartments (suitable for 2-3-4-6 people) and chalets (8-12 people), so whether you are travelling as a family with 1 child, or more than one child, or you are taking grandparents or friends – we have a solution for every group. For smaller children, we offer free cots, toys and board games in the apartments.
In each apartment there is a shoe dryer suitable after skiing, a walk in the woods, but especially for those who do not bypass any puddle :-). To give you somewhere to store your clothes, there is plenty of storage space in each apartment, and for those arriving with baby strollers, we recommend one of the apartments with spacious storage. We also offer children’s favourite drinks (such as hot chocolate) in our café, but also breakfast for those with allergies (gluten-free, lactose-free, etc.) by arrangement. If you would still like to dine individually, each apartment has a perfectly equipped kitchen with plenty of utensils.
Near the reception you will find a trail that will take you to the forest, Demänovská Hora or for walks in the meadows with spectacular views of Liptov. We know that children want to play, which is why you will find a children’s playground in the relaxation area by the pond. If you’d like something bigger, there’s another playground about a 5-minute walk from the resort – come and we’ll tell you where!

The resort by its very nature and location in hilly terrain is not exactly ideal for independent wheelchair mobility, nor do we have special rooms for disabled people. On the other hand, we do have a few rooms with step-free access, with wider doors to the bathrooms, and several clients with mobility issues have visited us, even repeatedly.
Yeah. In winter you can get to Jasná right in front of the resort by free ski bus. In summer, due to the location, you can hop on a bike right in front of the apartment and go on one of the many cycle paths, while hikers are advised to hike in a way that is average for their condition. The apartments are equipped for longer stays with plenty of clothing (lots of storage space), have shoe dryers, ski storage and some have larger storage for bikes or other gear.

WE ARE PET FRIENDLY
Yes, this is possible in all apartments by prior arrangement with reception. Therefore, we kindly ask you to respect the rules for accommodation with pets, which are stated in our accommodation regulations.
The fee you pay for staying with a pet is used for extra cleaning of the apartments after your departure. Our goal is to ensure that guests with pets as well as those who arrive without pets feel comfortable. Take a look at the cleanliness ratings from our customers and you’ll see that we’re doing just that.

We used natural materials in the construction, plenty of thermal insulation to minimize the need for air conditioning, we heat with heat pumps, we generate electricity from the sun, we use a packaging-free drugstore. Private saunas in chalets are always thoroughly cleaned before a new stay, but in the case of longer stays, also during the stay. The outdoor sauna, which serves several apartments, is checked and cleaned several times a day.
All hot tubs are inspected and cleaned daily, and the water is changed at least once a month, but usually much more often. This allows us to keep the level of chemicals to the minimum permissible levels – on the one hand, so that you don’t “smell” like a city swimming pool after use, but also as a prevention of skin and eye irritation. In addition, the whirlpools (with the exception of the aquaFamily summer whirlpools) are profi with sand filtration. As a result of our approach, we can guarantee 100% hygienic safety of all the hot tubs we operate and at the same time maximum comfort for our guests.
In contrast, even in the vicinity there are some “hosts” who operate hot tubs from hobbymarkets with paper filters, which are by no means suitable for commercial use. Meanwhile, if all the care means putting in chemistry once a week, and changing the water twice a year, as guests we would consider it a gamble on our own health, and as operators we can’t even imagine.

We get questions that when is the spa open in a building that has a big sign that says Wellness. Never, because there is no wellness in a building that signed as wellness (OMG). The sign is just the result of the marketing spirit of the owner of the building, in the spirit of what I have money for, I understand. Unfortunately, this visual smog is a manifestation of a lack of understanding of the architectural and design purity of the area, but mainly a demonstration of the level of taste of the person who thought it up. It’s the same with the other signs and plaques on campus – the ones we didn’t put up, you can certainly tell at a glance. Taste cannot be bought or implatntated.
