Here you find answers to questions that other guests have repeatedly asked us. We hope that the answers will help you to find your way around our offer.

What are the different types of accommodation to choose from?

You can stay with us in 10 different types of accommodation. First of all, choose according to the number of people – from the smallest apartment 2+family (2+2) to the largest Chlaet Premiim + sauna (10+1 persons). Secondly, the amenities are important – sauna or jacuzzi in the name are obvious to everyone, if you want both, choose wellness. Each of the apartments has a ski box at least, but many also have a larger unheated or heated storage room for a baby stroller or bicycles. The view is also important – the best is from the apartments with the Panorama attribute. What if there are more of us than the capacity of the largest chalet?

Our capacity is approximately 120 beds – not enough to feel like a Bulgarian megahotel, but enough to find a suitable combination of apartments for most groups travelling together. You can also try to do this on our booking page, where you can always see the real availability on specific dates, and where you can book and pay for your stay with a few clicks. If you need help, you can contact us at any time.

For group bookings, we always try to design the accommodation so that the group’s apartments are close to each other. Even if in some cases this is not possible for capacity reasons, the distance between the furthest apartments is only about 100m, which should not be a big problem.

Is the resort suitable for children?

We created Tri Vody for families as a priority, so we tried to think things through. First of all, we have a varied range of family apartments (suitable for 2-3-4-6 people) and chalets (8-11 people), so whether you are travelling as a family with 1 child, or more than one child, or you are taking grandparents or friends – we have a solution for every group. For smaller children, we offer free cots, toys and board games in the apartments.

In each apartment there is a shoe dryer suitable after skiing, a walk in the woods, but especially for those who do not bypass any puddle :-). To give you somewhere to store your clothes, there is plenty of storage space in each apartment, and for those arriving with baby strollers, we recommend one of the apartments with spacious storage. We also offer children’s favourites in the restaurant U Medvedi. but also meals for allergy sufferers (gluten-free, lactose-free, etc.) by arrangement. If you would still like to dine individually, each apartment has a perfectly equipped kitchen with plenty of utensils.

Near the reception you will find a trail that will take you to the forest, Demänovská hora or for walks in the meadows with beautiful views of Liptov. We know that children want to play, so we are preparing a playground for you in the recreation area by the pond, which we plan to complete in spring 2024. Even then, your sets will not be disappointed: About 5 minutes walk away you will find a wonderful and large playground – come and we will tell you where!

Is accommodation with pets possible?

Yes, this is possible in most apartments with prior arrangement with reception. Therefore, we kindly ask you to observe the rules of accommodation with animals, which are stated in our accommodation regulations.

The fee you pay for staying with a pet is used for extra cleaning of the apartments after your departure. Our goal is to ensure that guests with pets as well as those who arrive without pets feel comfortable. Take a look at the cleanliness ratings from our customers and you’ll see that we’re doing just that.

For allergy sufferers, we offer a whisper option for even greater comfort in the Premium Chalet, where accommodation with animals is forbidden from the start.

Why should we stay in a resort and not in a separate cottage or apartment?

The difference is always in the people! Stay with us, because you will receive care from us. With us, it doesn’t matter what the owner does when you need something – with us, a team of people takes care of you. We will take care of you before your arrival (advice on choosing the right type of accommodation), personally welcome you at check-in, teach you how to use the equipment (e.g. hot tub).

On our website you will find tips for trips, or we will talk to you about suitable activities in person – for example, when we see you in our bistro U Medvedov for breakfast, dinner or afternoon coffee. What we recommend you, we have not downloaded from some websites or photo agencies, but we have experienced it ourselves – believe us, the joy of unknown cycling routes, walks or ski trips is enormous (feel free to go there with you – we also offer a guide service).

We wish you don’t need our help in case of illness or sports injuries, but we are here for you even in such unpleasant cases. For example, we recently helped a guest with a dead car battery. Try to imagine how a private accommodation provider living tens or hundreds of kilometres away would help a guest in such a situation. We are aware that even a minor malfunction or blown fuse can spoil the atmosphere of a busy holiday if you have no one to turn to away from home, which is why we are prepared for such cases.

The things you can’t see are also important: In order to maintain the perfect hygiene of our professional hot tubs without high doses of chemicals, we check and clean them daily. If you’ve ever tried a hobbymarket hot tub, where no one has checked for days or even weeks (believe us, they exist!), come to us and you’ll see and feel the difference! Winter maintenance is also a matter of course – shovelling half a metre of snow daily from the surroundings of the cottage and the car park with your own hands may be fun for some, but for others we are here.

We do this and much more for our guests, and we do it (compared to individual accommodations) at a comparable or sometimes significantly lower price. We think this is what makes the difference between an average and a memorable holiday, and we’d love to be able to prove it to you!

Is it possible to accommodate the disabled?

The resort by its nature and location in hilly terrain is not entirely ideal for independent movement in wheelchairs, nor do we have special spas for disabled people. On the other hand, we have several rooms with step-free access, with wider bathroom doors, and several clients with movement problems have visited us, even repeatedly.

Is the resort suitable for athletes?

Yeah. In winter you can get to Jasná right in front of the resort by free ski bus. In summer, due to the location, you can get on a bike right in front of the apartment and go on one of the many cycling routes, we advise hikers to hike in a way that is average for their condition. The apartments are equipped for longer stays with plenty of clothing (lots of storage space), have shoe dryers, ski storage and some have larger storage for bikes or other gear.

Why is there a big WELLNESS sign on one building when there is no wellness there?

We get daily inquiries that when is the spa open in the building that has a big sign that says wellness. Never, because there is no wellness in a building that signed as wellness (OMG). The sign is just the result of the artistic creativity and marketing spirit of the owner of the building, in the spirit of the motto that what I have money for, I understand perfectly. Or else, to paraphrase the words from the famous movie, A big sign signifies a great spirit!

Similarly, as many guests have expressed, we also think that this visual smog is a manifestation of a lack of understanding of the architectural and design purity of the area, but mainly of the (lack of) taste of the person who invented it. Unfortunately, our explanations did not help, because according to the owner, the work is, in his own words, “very beautyfull”. Therefore, we apologize for the confusing information and for the fact that your eyes occasionally land on this disturbing element. Steps to remedy this are currently being taken by the architect through copyright protection.
