We are serious about building the ŠTVRTÁ VODA brand – this new Smrekovica Apartment in our portfolio is proof of that. It is located under the canopy of centuries-old spruce trees near Three Waters. The three-bedroom apartment has a capacity of 4 people, which will offer a lot of things that may come in handy during the holiday: Designer furnishings, comfortable sofa, full kitchen facilities, air conditioning, terrace, ski boot dryer, ski storage and much more.

But what sets us apart from the competition is our people. Just like at Three Waters, you will find extreme cleanliness, kind words and real support and help. Our reception is available 24 hours a day to help you with any needs or problems – if things can’t be resolved over the phone, we’ll be happy to come to you at Smrekovica.
